CONNECTION TO NATURE
When we connect to nature and spend more time outside, our moods improve. In fact, research shows that simply taking a 20 minute walk in nature can increase happiness levels.
As technology becomes more immersive in our lives, we are losing contact with the natural world. By stepping away from our devices and engaging with nature, we can enjoy the benefits of the sun and fresh air around us.
CONNECTION TO OTHERS
When we connect to others, our serotonin and oxytocin levels increase. This increase in happiness allows for more productivity when it comes to studying for finals. Connecting to others during social distancing can include a phone call with a loved one or a Netflix hangout with friends!
During the COVID-19 pandemic social media and online relationships are the new normal for getting all of our social interaction. Our campaign aims to keep you connected to others during this pandemic through a multitude of virtual

When we connect to ourself, our self-esteem increases. Research shows that when we feel more confident, we do better on finals. Connecting to ourself includes meditation, getting enough sleep and overall self-love.
We need to turn our brains off sometimes. In a hyper-busy world, the first thing we tend to lose track of is me-time. However, social distancing during COVID-19 is a great opportunity for you to reconnect to a really interesting person, you!
