Weather and Environment can Reduce Anxiety

During an outbreak, the weather and surrounding environment can be a way to reduce anxiety. While many may say it's impossible, it's real. For example, some people may feel irritable and anxious in rainy or cold weather. On the contrary, if the weather is sunny, people will feel happy. When the weather is fine, can choose to bask in the sun appropriately, because the person's mood is with illuminance place correlation. Light causes changes in levels of 5-ht (serotonin), which can have emotional effects. 5-ht is an important neurotransmitter, and some experts call it the "brake" chemical, because its release in the brain produces a sense of relaxation and pleasure. The level of 5-ht in human body is directly related to the illumination. Bright sunlight (between 2000 and 10,000 lux) can boost 5-ht levels at a rate researcher could not have imagined.

Another theory is that a lack of light causes a decrease in melatonin, leading to depressive symptoms. Experiments have shown that lack of light affects the body's normal production of melatonin. In fact, the intensity, duration, and even frequency of light waves all have different effects on the secretion of melatonin, leading to the abnormal state of mind. On the other hand, from the perspective of the environment, the reasons for the impact of the environment on human health are various and extremely complex, including social factors, natural factors, or both. The influence of environment on people's emotion and behavior has become an important issue. From a medical point of view, the length of a person's life is closely related to mental and emotional deterioration. People's spirit and emotion are expressed through their own emotions and behaviors, and emotions directly dominate behaviors. What is a person's mood? How is the behavior? It is influenced by both social environment and natural environment. When people are in an environment, they will naturally give certain responses. People's senses have different feelings for colors, and they also have different feelings for other things. As the saying goes: your character largely determines the environment in which you grow up.

So, if you're in a depressed dark environment for a long time, a normal person will become depressed or violent; Relatively speaking, in the soft and happy atmosphere, will be in a good mood. People's senses, feelings are affected by the environment. So if you feel anxious during an outbreak you can choose a relatively pleasant environment, a relatively pleasant environment will feel less stressed. Because the subjective experience of emotion is a feeling state of the brain towards the external environment, the feelings given by the feedback of the environment will have a great impact on people's psychological activities and emotions. For example, on a well-lit, well-paved road, the driver's mood will be better. On the other hand, when the road is broken, the traffic is heavy, and there is a lot of honking, the driver will be very agitated and lose his concentration. The last thing I want to say is that the weather and the environment are just ways to reduce anxiety, and the most important thing is to learn to regulate your emotions.
