We would like to re-introduce the UVM thrive guide! In its fourth spring of work, we will work to help our fellow UVM students. Three individual groups will focus on ways to make yourself happier and healthier. They will focus on our lost connection to three aspects, nature, others, and self. In the following weeks, there will be blogs, podcasts and Instagram posts all made to help you restore that connection.
